Cancellations, returns and exchanges policy for physical products
I try to process and package all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If you decide to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, send me an email to email@example.com and I will process a refund if it has not yet been dispatched.
I operate a goodwill returns policy, which can be quite difficult to do as a small business, but customer satisfaction is important to me. If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition and I will happily exchange or refund it. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know what you would like to do and so that I can expect your parcel. It is really useful customer feedback to know the reason for the return or exchange, however feedback is not a requirement in order to receive a refund or exchange. An exchange or return should be requested within 21 days of receiving your order.
By ‘original condition’, I mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels, and that the item is undamaged and unused.
Once returned, I’ll send out your exchange or refund to the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Lots of my sales are purchased for special occasions and timeframes are important; if you are on a short timeframe for an exchange please do let me know and I will do my best to get it there for the date.
Your country may apply import duties and customs charges these are your responsibility as the buyer. Due to customs checks you may experience delivery delays, these are outside my control and cannot be considered my responsibility.

If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition I will exchange or refund it.
This should be within 21 days of purchase.
I'll refund the the price of the item/s to the purchaser.
Please return any unwanted item, in its original condition. I'd expect this to mean that:
- you've kept all original packaging and labels
- it's undamaged and unused (excludes normal examination of the product as you might do in a store).
